So we’ve been saying it’s coming for almost a month now and it’s finally here. Today we rolled out a stock update that makes all currently in print or last of stock releases from several labels available for purchase. Among these labels are:

As a result of this update, more than 20 new items have been added to our inventory. You may notice a slight price jump in some of the releases we got in, this has to do more with how weak the american dollar has been lately. We got far less product this time around for the amount of money we paid than we would have a few months ago. We’re still striving to keep costs as low as possible for you guys, so as a result we’ve made the price increases as minimal as we realistically could. Please bear with us on this matter, prices will only go down from here.

In March we’re gonna be rolling out with a bunch of new releases (keep an eye on the music blog for them) and heavily restocking on several other labels to get ready for Anime Central 2008. Keep checking back as we make more announcements.

It’s been several months since we really had much going on here. There have been a lot of factors to this, and as of now all of these have been worked out. After sitting down and doing some much needed planning, we came up with a solid stock plan for the coming months, as well as started getting the ball rolling towards Anime Central 2008.

We’re gonna kick this off with a huge surge of new products to our catalog, from as many labels as we can. This isn’t going to happen all at once, it’ll probably take us 2 or 3 more orders to fill in our existing labels. This includes stock of all previous releases that are still available as well as new releases. For the month of February we have the following labels coming in:

• HOLOCRON

Once this product comes in we’ll have all available (meaning in print or last of stock) albums and vinyl from the labels listed above, as well as a few individual releases we’re picking up. For the month of March we’ll be working through the rest of the labels we work with as well as recieving the following new releases:

• Energetic Trance 2
• Energetic Trance EP04
• Bastard Archives

So keep an eye out, there’s gonna be a lot of new stuff coming in from now until May when Anime Central hits. Speaking of ACen, we have a TON of stuff planned for this year to follow up on the great show put on by DJ CHUCKY, NO+CHIN and M-Project last year. We’re not quite ready to announce who or what we have lined up, but it’s coming soon. We can promise you that if you’re a fan of Japanese Hardcore you WILL NOT want to miss ACen this year, not even for any other event. Expect to hear more in the coming weeks as everything is finalized.

It took us a while, but we’ve finally got a stock update over at mydjsobad. 16 new albums in stock, and restock on 3 sold out albums. Most of this stuff is “new” from Comiket 72, but a handful are items we picked up for the sake of trying to fill in back catalogs from popular labels. We now have every ALiCE’S EMOTiON in print release available, and we’re working on the GABBA DISCO and HARDCORE TANO*C back catalogs as best as we can. Here’s what’s new this time around:

We’re also going to be making heavy changes to the mydjsobad website in the near future, as well as changing up our product line-up. We’ve decided to take a slight shift in our overall focus. These changes will be announced once they’re made, and will likely coincide with another huge announcement we’re planning to make in the next month or 2. Keep an eye out.

As a side note to anyone who may have concerns with our shipping method and costs, we are looking into various options to bring the price down for anyone who isn’t very concerned with speed. Until then, all we will continue to offer is priority shipping both domestically and internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope to be able to change it soon.
